At Hunters Element, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next mission. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
